 Cancellation & REFUND Policy

Registration fees are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, if

1). Cancellation notice is received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the workshop

OR

2.) Cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to start of the workshop and there is a person on a waitlist for that workshop who is able to take your spot.

No refund will be issued if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the workshop and there is no one on the waitlist able to take the spot.

Registrants may transfer their enrollment to another qualified person at any time, but must notify the Center for Sand Tray Play in writing prior to making the transfer.

If any workshop is cancelled due to instructor illness or emergency, the workshop will be rescheduled, and registered participants will have the option of transferring their registration fee to the new workshop date, applying their registration fee to another workshop within the same calendar year, or receiving a full refund of their registration fee. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, registered participants will have the option of applying their registration fee to another workshop within the same calendar year, or receiving a full refund of their registration fee.

Refunds require a minimum 2-week processing time.
